THE LOCATION

Located behind the Sacré Coeur, in the middle of an area full of shops and open air markets, especially in nearby rue du Poteau and rue Dehesme (see some pictures of that on the little website mentioned below). It’s a very Parisian and, in some ways, cosy area, almost like in a village.
Two bakeries, several grocery stores, a newspaper shop, small restaurants, etc.. are located literally steps away from the flat’s address

It is well connected to the rest of the city :

Nearest subway station (5 minutes walking) : Jules Joffrin L12
(15 minutes from Saint Lazare train station, Concorde, Madeleine)
Other subway stations (10 minutes walking) : Marcadet Poissonniere L04 (15 minutes from Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, 20 from Chatelet), Guy Moquet L13 (15 minutes from Champs Elysees, Invalides)
Nearest bus (almost in front of the building) :

THE APARTMENT

Charming one bedroom apartment offering :

- a south facing,, therefore bright living room with a view on Le Sacré Coeur (and the cheerful sound of its bells on Sundays), wooden floor, sofa-bed, TV,, table, chair, shelves with books. It gives on a little street and a garden with trees, and a school courtyard where children are sometimes playing joyfully. Nice impression of space, no close facing building

- a quiet bedroom giving on the courtyard, with a double bed, a desk with a large computer screen and a telephone (with some telephone service included as described in the rates section below), some storage space for your clothes

- an equipped kitchen with electrical burners, an oven, a sink, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, kitchenware and tableware

- a bathroom with a shower and a wash-basin giving on the entrance hall

- separate toilet giving on the entrance hall

This configuration makes the flat easy to share by two couples, for example.

SHORT TERM ALL-IN RATES

One week (7 nights)
for up to 2 persons : 620 € (average 88.57 € per night)
for 3 or 4 persons : 730 € (average 104.29 € per night)

Two weeks (14 nights)
for up to 2 persons : 930 € (average 66.43 € per night)
for 3 or 4 persons : 1,110 € (average 79.29 € per night)

For at least one month
for up to 2 persons : 1,380 € per period of 30 nights (average 46.00 € per night)
for 3 or 4 persons : 1,600 € per period of 30 nights (average 53.33 € per night)

Those rates include : rent, rental fee, utilities, free Internet access (with your own laptop), free phone calls to US (landlines and cell phones) and Europe (except cell phones), electricity/gas up to 45 euros/month or 10 euros/week, a rental's insurance, final cleaning fee and the check-in and check-out fees.
If you use reasonably electricity/gas and lose no key and don’t damage the flat, your final cost is nothing more.

The all-in rate is payable in advance, at the latest upon arrival and remittance of the keys.


The refundable safety and key deposit is 1,000 euros (or 1,350 USD) payable in cash upfront upon arrival.
